Wonderful for the young at heart! Free!
They have five different gauges of trains on display. What does that mean? Lots of different sizes of trains and tracks. Great fun to watch the trains at play and work. Volunteers will help explain anything you can image to ask. I loved watching the trains come down the tracks and move through the maze of tracks and buildings. It makes you want to set one up at your own house or yard. This is in the Crossville Outlet Mall. Restrooms available and eateries in this Mall. Presently open Friday, Sat. and Sun. A hidden gem in Crossville, TN thats in plain sight!
My wife and I stopped in while camping in Crossville on 10/17, we had visited the Bucces nearby and decided go in. Everyone at the museum were pleasant and welcoming. Nether of us collect model trains, but the members did a good job explaining what they had in the collection. A great place to bring kids and adults alike.
