Massage Envy reliable and available when you need it
Like all Massage Envy locations across the nation, this one is reliable with extended and Sunday hours. I like Masage Envy becasue we can all go get massages at the same time-it makes a girls day of beauty possible and everyone is done within an hour timeframe instead of scheduling messages over the course of a weekend. And their prices are sooo reasonable!!

Massage Therapists Differ
I have been a member for several years and had several different therapists. I have learned each therapist differs in their techniques, but have accommodated my requests. The staff attempts to pair you to a therapist that will best meet your desires and needs. The therapists are on time to begin the session. Each time water is offered at the end of the session. The place itself is always clean and neat. The waiting room area has recently been redecorated. It has low lighting. The room have restful, calming music. Peppermints are always available at the counter, waiting room and the individual rooms. It is conveniently located off a main thoroughfare of Brentwood. Parking is plentiful and free since it is in a shopping mall area. Hours are extended so it accommodates those needing early or late appointments.

Consistently inconsistent
Relocated to this location from the east coast where i loved my ME. At ths location I have consistently experienced inconsistent quality in the therapists which generates stress -- thereby defeating the purpose of the massages. They don't start at appointment times, therapists complain about their working conditions, and they have clocks where an hour massage means 45 minutes. I have subsequently experienced better massages at other nearby venues.
