Cool local flair
This is a taste of Jackson history as well as a great greasy bite to eat. The Rebel is a second generation watering hole, frequented by locals of all walks of life. Sound like I already knew about it? I've been visiting on a regular basis to enjoy George's hamburger steak for decades.

The ribs are succulent! The owner is delightful!!!
I was craving a cheeseburger and fries. We googled local restaurants near our stop in our trip. We decided to try the Little Rebel. As we opened the door, LOUD music hit us in the face and I backed out. The owner George came out and said "I'll turn it down" so we went in. What a trip back in the past. We ordered our cheeseburgers and settled into this new gem we found. When our order came, George also brought us a sample (four ribs) of his BBQ ribs. Scrumptious, tender, flavorful and delicious. We ate those before we even got to our cheeseburgers. The fries were perfect and the burger just plain hit my craving spot. Talking with George is one of the perks of this place. Made us smile the rest of the day!

Old fashioned burger
Had a great time at the rebel having a beernburger. Nice little bar table for pool but the real draw are the fantastic cheeseburgers cooked anyway u want em...order to go if u like but dont miss this one right off the main highway!
