The Levitt Shell is in a beautiful park setting and is where Elvis first appeared on stage. The lineups for this spring season already look to be outstanding as they have been for the past 3 years. There is no better value than FREE and you can also bring a picnic and your favorite beverages! A must visit while in Memphis!!!!

    Awesome venue! Great Events!
I was recently at the Levitt Shell for one of their concert film series (radio head live in prague). It was awesome! They showed the film in a way that made me feel like I was really there. I would love to see a live show there. If you have a chance to see one of the concert films from the series they're doing, take it!!

    great Memphis landmark
This is a great venue for mid town Memphis. It hosts a lot o concerts with sponsorships and you can really hear the sound and vibes of the bands when they play on this stage. You can picnic here when there are no concerts and occasionally listen in on some of the Memphis music tours that brings groups here to hear tales of Elvis' first concert. It is adjacent to Overton Park which is kept up failry well. If I were visiting Memphis I would stop by here, bring your iphone and do some research on the history of this place.
