Nice area to walk, or run, safe and convenient, challenging hills
I have been to this trail several times, more so prior to a foot injury that's sidelined me for a few. This is a beautiful place to walk, The views from the top of the trail are spectacular (on a clear day you can see the Smokies and Beautiful Tennessee River meanders through the place. Plenty of Ball & Soccer Fields and a Golf area too. They sell produce in season in a little lot within the compound so you'll want to find out when that happens (I want to say Tuesdays but don't hold me to it , google it) You wont go wrong here if you want a 3 mile jaunt with scenic beauty and challenging hills.

    A Terrific Park
There are several walking paths that share the way with bicycles. Part of the park is on a body of water and there are always interesting sights to see. Of course, they charge with the weather. We are fortunate to have a Park like this in Knoxville.
