Great views

Great walking spot in downtown Chattanooga - really great views of the city. THere is park space on both sides for kids to play or that goes down to the waterfront. Great place to bike, jog, or bring your dog. Its about a quarter mile to walk the bridge one way so it doesnt take too long.

    Walk across the river
    This was a great walk over the river. Interesting architecture and history, great views, picture perfect with our group of college girls. Took us from cute shopping, to museums and back - while getting some of our steps in.

    Now this is cool and the price is right!
    This old bridge is a little scary to walk across as it's higher than any of the rest of the bridges and the sidewalks and driving surface are made of old boards. I hope that the city is keeping up with this bridge as there were a few boards I stepped on that felt kind of iffy. But, so nice to exercise and great views from the bridge and a HUGE asset to downtown. Now if they could get their other prices in line.
