Great for anyone interested in history

We dropped by in time to look around the visitor center and then join a tour of the house. Our guide Lauren did an outstanding job of giving us the history of the house and people who lived in and visited Rock Castle. It was interesting and entertaining. The tour took about 45 minutes.

    Winter Concerts
Historic Rock Castle is a true gem! My wife discovered their concert series shortly after we moved to Gallatin from California. Sam and the superb staff have done a wonderful job of making this very special venue a total pleasure during our multiple visits over the past year. The historic setting, talented entertainment, food and libation, and nice folks have won us over. Back for more at the Castle this next season.

Stopped by on a Whim and Glad we Did!
We spotted this place on Google Maps while in the area and decided to take a look on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived at the visitor office just before 3:00pm and learned from Emmy that we could go on a guided tour of the inside of this property for a small fee. Emmy also turned out to be our tour guide as well; she was extremely knowledgeable about Tennessee and American history. We really enjoyed her outgoing personality and vast knowledge of the property. She made learning about history fun and entertaining. NOTE: Touring the grounds is FREE!
