Grinder’s Switch Radio Show
The Grinder's Switch Center is located inside the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce. There is a museum in the Center that exhibits memorabilia from Minnie Pearl, Del Reeves, Blake Shelton, Beth Slater-Whitson, Howdy Forrester, Paul Warren, Dicky Wells, Mike Smithson and more! We are also home to the Grinders Switch Hour, a live radio show, that is held every Saturday starting at 10am. Admission is free! Come on in and find you a seat!

Wow- Live free country music in a hometown atmosphere at the Grinder's Switch Radio Show every Saturday moring
What a wonderful experience! This was our third visit to the Grinder's Switch Radio Show. The band and their banter are fantastic. On our first visit we toured the museum in the visitor's center which is full of Minnie Pearl memorabilia. Mandy King, Chamber of Commerce liaison, told us unique stories about Minnie Pearl growing up in Centerville, TN. We owe Mandy a big "thank you" for having our requested song played by the band on our last visit. As a special bonus on the weekend we attended the Grinder's Switch Opry, we were able to sample some famous and delicious banana pudding at the Hickman County Banana Pudding Festival. Don't miss the "chicken wire" sculptures all around the town of Centerville, TN when you visit Hickman County, TN.

Experience the Grinder's Switch Ensemble Radio Hour!
Every Saturday morning from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m., enjoy live music at the Centerville Chamber of Commerce with the Grinder's Switch Ensemble! Superb group of excellent musicians air their radio show and podcast, and it's not only free, but fantastic! Between songs, these gentlemen share local news and trade banter. (Yes, it's a 90 minute "Hour"!) The home of Minnie Pearl has still got it going on!
