The couple from FL who bought this 6+ acre property had a heck of a vision. They converted this old 1918 homestead into a small, quaint, "One of Kind" little country beer joint. The old house was is very rough shape, to say the least. They cleaned it up and transformed it into to most happenin' spot on the Creek. Folks from every inch along the TN River came and still come here. It has great motorcycle riding roads, as well as hunting, fishing. You can basically ride in on your bike, Rhino, 4-Wheeler, IH tractor, and be MORE THAN WELCOME. John and Nikki decided to sell, and found the BEST buyers ever. Randy and Daphne Leger. They have kin all over Perry County and wanted a change from LA. They have added their Cajun spice to the place and the locals and outter towners LOVE to visit this place. VISIT this GREAT spot, as you'll probally not ever find another one like this.
