Horrible, never notified our 9:15 shuttle was not coming. Amanda at the East Ridge office was very rude.

Confirmed reservation...they cancelled the bus and didn't tell anyone
Had a confirmed reservation for the 3:30 bus from Nashville airport to Chattanooga. Bus doesn't get there til five. I tried calling the whole time and no one answered the phone. Driver says they no longer have a 3:30 bus. There were four separate people who had confirmed reservations for the 3:30 bus. It would have been nice of them to tell us they changed the schedule. Or at least answer their phone so we could get information. Terrible customer service. Find other arrangements. Groome is unreliable.

    STRANDED IN ATLANTA
I have been a loyal customer of Groome for years, but I will never do business with them again because they stranded me in Atlanta. When I returned to the Atlanta airport from a trip overseas, I had a message on my phone telling me my evening shuttle had been canceled with absolutely no explanation why. After waiting on hold for several minutes, the clerk finally got on the line and said she didn't know why it had been cancelled. After waiting several minutes more, the manager got on the line and said Groome didn't have any drivers for my scheduled shuttle, so the shuttle was cancelled. My only alternative would have been to wait four more hours until after midnight to catch the next shuttle home. The manager couldn't comprehend why I no longer have any confidence in Groome. I certainly understand companies have faced challenges during the COVID pandemic, but a first rate company would have honored its scheduled commitment, rather than leaving a passenger stranded in Atlanta two hours from home. Fortunately, my flight arrived early, and I was able to talk my way onto an earlier shuttle, but if I hadn't done so, I would have been stuck. The lesson I learned is if you book a shuttle with Groome, it may or may not be honored, so it's best to have a backup plan.
