Experience of a Lifetime
It may not be a rush when you go sky diving, or climbing the Alps, but it was such a fun experience I will never forget! Such a fun activity for friends, families, or couples! The staff was great, it was family-owned and the family was great. They gave you a lot of information on the goats, and go over safety procedures before starting. They do have a yoga instructor teach the class, but I found it very difficult to actually do the yoga I was so preoccupied with the goats-they were adorable! They also show you how to handle the goats, in case you want a selfie at the end of the class. It was so fun and I would highly recommend on your next trip to Nashville!

Fun yoga
My husband and I went here last year and really enjoyed the little goats. They had them dressed in Halloween outfits. You will want to get there early so you can play with the goats, take pictures, pose with them (without all the other people getting in your pictures). Bring water for the class and might want some in the car for after class. Spray with bug spray before you go. Bring your own mat. Bring hand sanitizer to clean your hands after touching the goats. Don't be surprised if you get more than you bargained for, my husband was popped and peed on by the goats!!! There were about 30 people in the class. Getting there early also allows you to put your mat in a good place. Lots of fun and interactive!!!!
