Fantastic escape,
Visited Sunshine Hollow out of curiosity , and wanting to see some fall colors. We were greeted by Dave Rhyme. This place is jaw dropping. This couple took hundreds of acres of land, designed and developed the finest garden I've ever seen. Dave took us on his trails via a golf cart and pointed out the native flowering plants, showed us the views of the valley, toured green house after green house of young daylillies waiting for their place in this enchanted hideaway. Then we visited the gift shop....... omg! Nuts, jams, cakes, fudge and candy. I went crazy. He encouraged us to sample everything AND I DID. While this is a short trip from Chattanooga, don't just come for the trails and foods.... They have a massive venue hall that has to be around 4-5000 sq ft. They filled the ceiling with lights, and hid a buffet behind a black curtain. I'm thinking of some way to rent this out, but my hubby says NO to a second wedding. Maybe you will invite me?

Beatiful
What a beautiful experience. Walking the trails/paths led to some gorgeous sights. When the day lilies are in bloom - wow ! A great way to spend a couple of hours.
