Excellent for kids!
My 8 yr old had an amazing time at the Memphis Fire Museum. Lots of fun and interactive things to do. Driving a virtual fire truck, getting to explore the rescue vehicle, and getting to put on turn down gear. The fire safety section, and the virtual house fire room, were extremely informative and actually prompted us to make sure we had a fire plan once we got back home. If you have kids this is a fun stop!

GREAT FOR young kids
The fire station was great. This is interesting but is even better for small kids. There is a 3d movie to give you an experience of a house fire. Shows fire station history but several interactive things for smaller children. My teens even had fun in some of the stations. Highly recommend for small kids.
