Amazing Public Course
Take this review with the following caveats: I have an 18 handicap, drive the ball around 200-220 on a good day, and 7 iron around 120. Has a nice, open driving range (a bucket is extra, not included in green fee). The day I hit yardage markers were down but it would be a little deceptive since the tee area is elevated. Has separate chipping and putting practice areas. The course is very well maintained. Fairways are constricting in some areas but otherwise normal width. You have 3 levels of rough, the normal 1st cut about 10 feet wide around fairways and greens. Then a 2nd cut which is thick and very punishing. It will stop your shot dead and you will loose yards on all drives missing the fairway. The 3rd level of rough looks like unmown wildlife area. You only wind up in it with a horrific shot so rarely comes into play. Greens are very fast and roll true. It is easy to read too much break. Most greens have some undulations, a few have tiers. The carts have GPS yardage which is not very useful. It only gives you distance to pin, front and back of green. Never gives distances to water carry or fairway sand traps. Which brings me to my only complaint, 3 of the par 5s seem a little gimmicky because of this lack of GPS data. They have blind layup tee shots. Without distance info, a pure guessing game as to what to hit, especially if you have never played the course before. Price is very reasonable. Worth returning to play again.

Greens in great shape
Looks like lots of work has been done here as the course is in great shape. All the greens were terrific (had lots of rain recently, but greens were pretty fast). This is an interesting course with variety and some difficult holes requiring good shot management. Enjoyed playing here.
