Duck River Books is an independent book shop specializing in Used and New books with over 40 categories including Local Authors, Civil War, Romance, Horror, History, Mystery, Suspense, Thrillers, Signed and Collectible books, Business, Finance, Religion, Politics, True Crime, Sci-Fi, Young Adult, Fantasy, Mythology, Folklore, Travel, Sports, Health, Fitness, Crafts, Hobbies and many more. We also have an extensive Children's section that your little ones will love. If there is a book, new, used or out of print that we do not currently have in stock, we can order it for you. We also carry bookends, bookmarks, literary memorabilia, and literary art by local artists. We are open Monday 10am - 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday 10am - 8pm, and closed Sunday.     The cutest bookstore in the south
    I love this place. They have a great selection, a wonderful atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. They're always willing to special order what they don't already have.

    Excellent Used Book Store
    Very well set up and easy to browse the inventory. Wide variety of literature and clean used books. Definitely an asset to the main square in Columbia.
