Located in the charming and picturesque town of Thompson’s Station, H Clark Distillery became Company Distilling in 2020. We craft our spirits in the same building local farmers used to house grains before loading them on the railroad for sale generations ago. It’s only fitting that our distillery is located in the same old building, using grains to create high quality spirits to Gather Around. Stop by for a tour and tasting Thursday through Monday from 11:00am - 7:00pm CST.

    Small groups and great spirits
    A friend and I stopped by H Clark after his recent move to the area. We were met by Candice, who was very well-versed and informative. We took a tour of the small distillery, and had a tasting afterwards. The small batch Bourbon and the gin were our favorites, but everything we tasted was delicious. Candice was a great guide and very friendly - would love to return to this distillery! We loved the small, local feel that gives the distillery a personal touch.

    Small But Informative Distillery
    We were greeted by the owner Heath as soon as we entered. The tour is not a long one, is is a small distillery but the tour guide was very informative as there were displays of how the process works. We were able to see inside a barrel of sour mash and even a more detailed storage of the barrels. We didnt do a tasting due to time crunch.
