How rude can you be to your customers?
Saw this market on the way to Burgess Falls State Park. Stopped on the way back. Browsed the produce, asked about the fresh tomatoes and got a rather snippy answer from the male employee working there. I was looking for the Bradley variety tomato. Asked another question about another product - another snippy answer. Browsed the glass cases of butter, produce, etc. Didn't find anything I wanted to buy nor did my husband. My husband deposited his styrofoam drink cup in the trash as we were headed out the door. The male employee said to my husband "Thanks a lot. Now I have to take your trash to the dump." His tone was not pleasant. My husband and I were shocked. Pretty hateful! If you want my money to sustain your business I highly recommend that as an employee you treat customers with respect and polite behavior. I won't be stopping at this business ever again. Nor will any of my friends. I suggest this employee take an educational course in customer service.
