    Nice stop halfway through loop.
At first one wonders why the visitors center is halfway through the 11 mile loop. Then again, after going 20 miles per hour or less and making a number of stops along the way it’s a good place to stretch your legs, use the restroom, and admire the old mill and other structures. Of course there’s the gift shop for those who must have a souvenir or two. We also saw a deer while there. That’s an added bonus.

    Love walking around
Great area about halfway through the Cade's Cove drive. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. The tore is reasonably priced. The historical building are so cool. The house, barns, farm equipment was fascinating. You see life as it was in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The grist mill and flume system was interesting and the streams that powered it beautiful.
