Truth of God's word is preached consistently!
I'd like to address a very negative review that was highlighted by Trip Advisor, that doesn't give an accurate view of our church. I've been and active member of Bellevue for well over 10+ years, so I speak with first hand experience of whats really going on. First off, we are so blessed to have a number of wonderful Pastors at Bellevue, so several lead Wednesday night worship classes, while others lead various classes around the church. In addition to this Bellevue offers life solutions groups on Wednesday evenings for those hurting and offers Biblical counseling free of charge even to non-members! Our Senior Pastor is very active in many activities in and around our church, and our community. He also spends many hours in the presence of the Lord and preparing his sermons, which is obvious when you measure his sermons to the truth of God's word. Brother Steve brings powerful sermons twice on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings and due to covid, they have added a Saturday evening service. So come join us and see for yourself. We would love to have you and hope you will feel right at home. There are tons of places to plug in and find your place to serve Jesus! God Bless.... Finding your way HOME!
I always had questions about church and why does it matter if you go to a church to have a relationship with Jesus. It doesnt matter. However, it is the best feeling to be around so many locals who love Jesus. Who smile and shake your hand or hug you with being real and kind. They have so many programs that help the local community and care about MEMPHIS. I love this concept because I do not have a lot of money and i prefer to help locally before we go abroad. The Pastor, Steve Gaines- He's tough! He tells it like it is and makes you accountable not for your relationship with Jesus, but you, as a human being. I was baptized May 5, 2019 and I love how Bellevue removed my fear by sitting in one seat one great day!
