Museum with a big Heart : )

The museum is one of the most popular attractions in Forssa, being located at the charming Cotton Mills area. Collections are owned by the Nature Conservation Society of South-West Hame, founded in 1951 by professor Torild Brander. The museums displays about 6000 items and specimens, focus being on local nature and conservation biology.

    Great overview of Finnish fauna
    Nice exhibition of Finnish birds and animals at Forssa Museum of Natural History - also some old charming educational boards

    Big Museum for such little town
    I have not earlier been in this museum. I was amazed.So much animals from Finnish nature.When we visited the museum there was also tropic birds and snakes.(pets)It was really various and interesting exhibition.
