Gorgeous place!
We love this temple. We attend the Sunday brunch and market in addition to the "Kathina festival" and other events. We always have a wonderful time and enjoy the walk along the river. The monks keep the gardens beautiful. And if you're looking to purchase orchids I highly recommend you go to the Sunday Market.

Diamond in the rough!
Great Sunday outing! All types of Thai food at reasonable prices - two can eat well for less than $20. Great picnic area to eat and view the neighboring river. Plan to arrive early (before 9:00 am) in order to find a parking spot and before the food runs out. The line ups for food can be long, so a good strategy for couples is to split up and stand in separate lines. Highly recommended, we'll be back for sure.

Wonderful Sunday Market
The Sunday Market is wonderful! The food is authentic Thai prepared by Temple volunteers. The food vendors are under a big covered area and there are picnic tables under the shady oaks along the river. Leashed dogs are allowed in the picnic area & it's a very family friendly atmosphere. In addition to the food, there are gorgeous orchids, vegetables, herbs, etc. for sale at a reasonable price. Visitors may also respectfully enter the main temple. Bring cash & take home containers for the soup. The Sunday Market is very popular, so it's best to get there early before parking becomes a hassle.
