    Quintessential Alaskan Devil's Club Salves!
Ember's shop warms the heart, comforts the senses and delights visually; the herbs, salves and healing sundries bring one's body, mind and soul back to homeostasis. I adore the soothing soaps - Holly, the beautiful and healthy goat, is magnificent in producing all the milk for the soaps! The mountain lavender shea butter smells divine, and the rock star deodorants are out of this world; the all-natural deodorants work super effectively and are pure quality, as are all the products that Ember produces. Ember is a renaissance woman whom exudes wisdom, naturopathic knowledge and sincere smiles. Silverbear Sundries is pure Alaskan herbalism and luxurious necesseties.

    But sadly uses Palm oils
I fell in love with these products while visiting Alaska and continue to purchase the amazing Elderberry and ginger tonic and various salves. When purchasing soaps, however, I did not realize Palm oil as an ingredient. It isn't listed on the website and I didn't realize until I received my purchase in the mail and was able to read the full list of ingredients. With all of the wonderful wild harvested products you guys use I find it terribly sad to discover the addition of Palm oil. It is widely known as environmentally problematic in a handful of ways. I do my absolute best to avoid contributing to the deforestation, habitat loss, species decline, and global warming effects that are a direct result of Palm oil production. I do hope you all reconsider using this ingredient and make the swap to a more sustainable vegetable oil. The soaps are otherwise truly amazing and my skin shows a fantastic response. I would absolutely continue to purchase once the use of Palm oil is eliminated.
