Nice walk and a few surprises

So I wanted to check out the canal. I was walking and so I continued to walk. When I first got to the canal I lifted my camera to get a picture of one of the bridges, alllll of them are different there are no two bridges that are alike which was nifty, but I got an even bigger surprise. After I took my photo I heard a splash. And to my surprise there are JUMPING fish! It was amazing! I spent quite a few minutes just taking pictures of the bridges trying to get a jumping fish with it! I had a great time as I wandered down towards the Fort.

    A Broad Waterway
    This broad waterway has tree lined embankments and nice paths for a stroll. It offers a pleasant environment and a chance to sit and relax.

    Delightful walks along the canal (when it's not too hot)
    I think this would be best done closer to the evening when the lights come up and the heat goes down. We walked part of it in the mid afternoon and had to quit. I could see it was a pleasant area to walk. Tip: both sides of the canal have a walkway with a few bridges where you can cross back & forth as you like. Bus stops are adjacent to the bridge entrances.
