An up and coming Vineyard in China
Had a short stay there with a small group of friends. It is run by a Chinese family out of Hong Kong. The Vineyard now produces about a million bottle a year. It produces white, red as well as Champagne. The products are good and value for money. The Vineyard has accommodation for visitors though it is not open to public. The food there is good and we had a roast lamb which was excellent.

A wonderful Winery in the Shanxi Countryside
I have visited this winery quite a few times over the years and it is a wonderful project in the heart of some beautiful Shanxi countryside. The food, cooked by a lovely Shanxi lady, is not just delicious but also light and fresh and healthy. You also have a chance to taste some fascinating wines - like China's first Aglianico - as well as more traditional varieties. I can very much recommend the Chenin Blanc with a nice lunch there... !
