Quite Beach

We enjoy the visit while eat lunch at RM Batu Garuda. The food is Delicious & cheap, but took a super long time to serve. The beach is quieter than Tanjung Tinggi but we don’t see any proper shower for cleaning up after playing at the beach. Only at the restaurant we saw a water station to clean up.

    Tanjung Kelayang
    I have been to Tanjung Kelayang in Belitung for more than 3 times, and I never get bored to visit the beach again. Turquoise crystal clear water, soft white sand and calm sea makes the beach a good site for bathing or just enjoy the sun while having fresh young coconut. The giant granite boulders decorates the view from the beach. Batu Garuda (Eagle Stone), which is an island of granite forming the head of an eagle, is the icon of the beach. Fisherman also rent their boat for visitors to cross for islands hop attraction to small islands around Tanjung Kelayang like Lengkuas island, Pulau pasir, Batu Belayar and Pulau Burung or to dive enjoying the underwater beauty.

    Hidden Cove
    The beach is as beautiful as most beaches in Belitung, but climb up the small hill for a little track and you will come to rock formation on another side of the island which allows you to swim between the rocks. The "pools" formed are also connected to the sea and if you dare, you can swim out and around the island towards Kelayang Beach where your boat is parked
