This monument describe the people struggles against colonialism. Situated in front of Rumah Dinas Gubernur Riau, this site is often to be used as hanging out place. The youngster like motorcycle club, bike club, even running club make it as assembly point to meet. This place is event more cowded in sunday morning. When car free day is held there. A place for townsfolk to socialize.
