    Old school but still interesting
Choose the main road lahat - pagaralam. It is located just about 20' before pagaralam. There are 2 ways to reach this falls. 1, ready to wet. 2, ready for long way down stairs. U can try 'mini rafting' using tire accomodated by locals here, but it depends on water volume.

    Refreshingly Free of Tourists
Indonesia is the world's fifteenth largest country by land area and if you put the seas in, it is truly massive. This means that there are innumerable parts of the archipelago which are 'off the beaten track'. South Sumatra sees almost no tourists all- few even from other provinces, but in the Pasemah Plateau, it has one of Indonesia's better mountain districts. The Pasemah Highlands are best known for the prehistoric megaliths and caves, but even for history buffs like ourselves, these carved boulders and standing menhirs were not overwhelming attractions. What really captivated us was the lush, green, misty highlands, with Mount Dempo's volcanic snout peering down. Quiet and serene, this is simply a place to unwind and relax. You can wander almost anywhere and see coffee plantations, rice fields, wooden houses and mountain scenery, but if you prefer a focus point for your wanderings, you could head out to Lematang Waterfall, a powerful cataract in a bamboo-fringed gorge. Located right by the side of the road at the top of the steep decline to Lahat, you can't miss it.
