The blue color of the lake just amazing!
The blue color of the lake hust contrast with the white surrounding. Just careful when you come here, do not let your feet get into the water since you will get stuck and very hard to pull you off. REMEMBER: follow every words from your TOUR GUIDE! The white kaolin surrounds the lake could suck you up if your feet got into the water. The sunrise moment is just the amazing one! You should see it!

one of the to go places in belitung
dropped by on the way from airport to town. it's actually a fenced up mining pool of turquoise blue water. As the water level was high, can't really see the "pamukkale" like beauty as claimed or perhaps it wasn't the same one. Not too sure. Just snapped a fews pictures and we were done

If you like to take pictures this is a very nice place, not for selfies. You can't come close to the lake so you need a good camera. The colour changes depending on the sun from green to turquois to bright blue and that in contrast to the shinning white sand at it's shore.
