Honestly this bridge makes no sense to me.
This city is poor and the government (be it local or federal) decided to build a very nice, very expensive, suspension bridge in the middle of town over the lake connecting the two sides of the city. Why not find a public work program that helped the citizens? Why not make it a bridge you can drive across since it take 15 minutes to walk across the whole thing. There are some stalls in the front selling things you don't need. The kids at the mosque on the other side yelled profanity at me and my girlfriend which was... Special to say the least. Honestly, go take a picture and leave.
