After tough tracking, beauty waterfall awaits
The scenery maybe not really gorgeous, but you'll the adventurous track here. About an hour walk into rainforest, you can splash yourself on the waterfall. Light tracking equipment could be required. From Pekanbaru, the site is quite far. Around 5 hours or more by car, in Rokan Hulu Regency.

an Okay experience.
We went there with a group of 30 people. some are not experienced climber per se. With a little difficulty, we arrived at the largest waterfall on the top site, but when we were told there were another spot to climb so that we can take in the full view of the waterfall we were already to beaten up to do it. Overal the place provide a fun experience and If asked whether or not I want to do it again i'd probably say "umm...why not?" haha

Go in Just after Rainy Season
I went in July and the water was down to a trickle. As waterfalls go it was not impressive. There are lots of better ones to see. But if you're in Pekanbaru and want to see some nature, it's a good choice. (It's the only choice I think.) We drove for hours to see an okay waterfall.
