Surprising find and well worth the visit

The whole park was nicely kept, with the tasteful and extremely respectful war memorials at one end and large chess / checker boards on the other side with the magnificent glass restrooms. Be sure to walk around and read the plaques and benches and look at the sculptures. Everything is purposeful to remind us of the men and women who serve in the military.

    Pleasant Surprise
We came to this area as a lark because we heard about the mirrored bathrooms on Main Street and found this wonderful little town who has a spectacular Veterans memorial park. It was one of those pleasant surprises. Only wish we were here in the evening hours when the mall would have been lit up.

    Great Stop
You can stay for 15 min or a couple hours. Really nicely done. Amazingly clean and well kept. There are some outside activities like over sized chess and checkers. Plenty of benches and shade. And its right in the middle of town, so park and walk around. Also, I HIGHLY recommend using the restrooms on sight. Youll see! :-)
