Use google maps to get there
there are no road signs, so make sure you have google maps enabled. Very nice waterfall, you have the opportunity to take a dip in the cool water too so bring a change. Lots of photo opportunities too. Toilets are basic. Go on a weekday when there's no one. Best to go in the morning or early afternoon. the sun sets at about 1730, and you dont want to be lost since there are no road signs

BEST SOUNDS OF NATURE
It was my second time visit Tunan Waterfall and the nature always heals me. I love the ambience and the quotes that we found hang on the tree, the area much better with the facilities of bathroom, only no one there selling snacks but I guess because of the pandemic because not many people come at time that's what I enjoy the most hehehe

Nice waterfall
For the ones who don't hire a guide or tour to get there: trust google maps. It doesn't look like it, but it leads you right to the parking lot to the waterfall. Road is ok most of the way and should be doable with a normal car. I parked my scooter five minute walking to the entrance though after almost sliding off a hill. I paid 20,000 Rupiah which was ok, given that it is a really nice and well maintained path to the fall. Don't expect a big hike. The waterfall was quite nice and I was the only one there so I could just listen to the water and relax. Overall it's well worth a visit if you are in the area.
