no interest in helping.

We went to Ilhabela after traveling from abroad on easter; we didn´t quite well knew the long hours to cross to the island and took us longer than expected, so we missed our PAYED for and RESERVED tour for 1 hr. We didn´t even ask for a refund just asked for help to schedule a new tour... Nothing... we ended up reserving with other company that actually went above and beyond.. We were really disappointed since we read all the great reviews...
