Affordable Price with Great Service

We arrived in Paraty after visiting Ilha Grande. First of all, I would 100% recommend Paraty over Ilha Grande as it is a much nicer town, much more things to do, greater variety and much more affordable. That being said, we left a boat trip until the very last morning because we had done one in Ilha Grande that was disappointing for the price we paid. However, for half the price of ONE person in a Paraty group tour, the two of us booked Boat Pestana privately and went around the bay and to a beach for two hours. We even paid using credit card. The sailor was extremely friendly. He offered towels, fresh water to shower on the way back, a cooler for our drinks, etc. Service was excellent and the price to booked the boat privately was SO affordable! I would 100% recommend this. You can find them right next to the bridge towards Pontal, on the side of the old town.
