Beautiful!
We walked through here on a hot day and enjoyed the scenery very much. You must keep your eyes on your feet to stay safe but also admire all that color on the stones.

Nice walk a long a garimpeiro trail to reach bathing areas and small waterfalls
We took a guide at the entrance of the park which was cheaper than in town. He explained the origin of mine digging in the area and showed us view, pools and waterfalls. Very nice and interesting walk and great waterfall at the end.

Nice day to end the day
Being so close to town and only a very short walk from the carpark, this spot is a great way to end the day and watch the sunset. If it’s hot enough there are many small pools to bathe or just sit around and watch the view. Go a bit further and away from people and you may spot some birds too. Be sure to follow the track to other spots like the colourful sandstones!
