Worth the price of admission
Small zoo, easy to walk with young kids. Some of the enclosures looked like they could use a good cleaning, but the animals looked healthy. Inexpensive admission, good way to enjoy a few hours outdoors on a nice day.

I have been to this zoo many times, it is a smaller zoo. You will not find lions and tigers here. They have very friendly penguins that will come right up to you with a small chain link fence between you, they like attention. They have gibbons and monkeys, a bear, cougar, wolves and some other exotics. They have a petting area with goats and horses,donkey. There is a small playground and a small train for children to ride on.
