Nature's Infinite Wonders :The TROVANTI Natural Reserve
If you are in Romania not far from Targu-Jiu, do not hesitate to visit The Trovanti Museum Natural Reserve and I think, you will have an unexpected, pleasant surprise. What are the TROVANTI? They are ellipsoidal fragments from a sand or gritstone layer, slowly but gradually cimented by the calcareous waters of the region, area. What is significant and extremely interesting is that these fragments( the locals confessed, seem to grow or develop with the passing of time. An extraordinary moment of tourism and discovery of a hidden place, or at least, not very known. We have rapidly understood that this is certainly a magnificent and wonderful museum of this country and the world. The are similar other TROVANTI in areas and regions of Romania...! Do not hesitate to visit the TROVANTI MUSEUM NATURAL RESERVE!

Interesting
The museum is located in Costesti, near DN67 (the road connecting Ramnicu Valcea and Targu Jiu. A parking area is available nearby. The gate is locked to prevent cars from entering the area, but you can get inside using the gaps near the gate.
