    Impressive cave
    Only accessible by boat via the Danube, the Veterani Cave is way larger than one would expect. You enter it via a small tunnel from the river and you end up in an enormous place that you can explore freely. The light in the cave comes solely from a small hole on the top of it, creating amazing visual effects. If taking a boat tour in the Danube Gorges, be sure that it takes you here. If not, try to find another one, as it's a shame to miss this place. The company based on the Mraconia viaduct, right by the Decebalus Statue, does include the Veterani Cave in their itinerary.

    Very nice
    It is very interesting the history that you will find there, the guide is a charming guy which likes the things that talks about. Cheap entry fee: 6 lei
