A miniatire copy of an old village from Oltenia. You will find the main street, the fountain, the church, the cula, some traditional houses. Plenty of space, open air, affordable prices. Tatarascu memorial home not to be missed!

Beautiful wooden houses with specific architecture
If you have some spare time after visiting the Brancusi complex from Targu Jiu, it is worth visiting this museum. I loved the old houses with specific architecture from Gorj and I am so happy they are preserved

An open-air museum located in Curtișoara village (Gorj County) . The houses illustrating the popular architecture specific to this county. You can not take freely pictures inside the area .
