Moominworld is a themepark in Southern Finland in Naantali, only 2 hours from Helsinki. Themepark is based on wellknown stories about Moomins by author Tove Jansson. On this lovely, nature near island you can step into fairytale and experience the wonderful world of Moomins.

Magical world to explore for Adults and Children
My wife and I (who don't have children) visited here as my wife loves the Moomin books. We really enjoyed wandering round and exploring all the cleverly designed sections of the park which were designed exactly how they are described in the books. The highlight was being able to explore inside the lifesize Moomin house at the centre of the park and get to put on the Hobgoblins hat! This is a wonderfully thought out theme park. Very innocent and all about exploring textures and nooks and crannies. A fantastic place to feel like a child again and all of the children we saw there seemed to be having a magical day out.

Nice place for kids
This was a great place for kids. Lots to look at and play with, we did not even have enough time to visit all places. Nice area and performances throughout the day. There was not too much people (due to current situation?) so all facilities worked really well too.
