Adventure Park is the best place for kids!
It has a great location, it is clean, safe and free. There are several parts for kids of different ages. In the summertime they have also workshops for kids and theatre (based on small fee). They also have some water elements in the summer. You can barbecue there or have a picnic. You can rent family bicycles to go around the park. There is also a little driving park for kids and pond for birds. You can spend there all day and have lots of fun!

Wonderful place for kids
All is free and available for kids, very nice place in summer for 3-11 years old children and families. Try to ride little cars in traffic city and play in park.

When your kids are (too) full of energy...
"Seikkailupuisto" is a free public playground inside the park of Kupittaa. Kupittaa/kuppis is also the name of the area. The park is big and easy to find. You can take a yellow bus from the market place or if you love walking that is like 20-25 minutes walk. The park kupittaa is on your ledt hand side and on right there is a big supermarket called "k-citymarket". If you go past it or past football (soccer) field, then you are going too far. The playground "seikkailupuisto" is one of the biggest outdoor playgrounds in Finland. I have not jet seen bigger and better. It's not for teens, but for kids from 1 to 7 or 8 years. There is also a grilling place (it's hiding near the "seikkailutalo" /adventure house. Just bring your own pieces of wood), toilets, inside eating room for your toddler, theater etc. Outside the "seikkailupuisto" is another playground for small kids (1-3years). During the summer moths there is also jumping castles and a "trafic city" where kids can practise their skills driving pedal cars. If you buy 10x ticket thats is 18 euros and your kids can go 10 times to pedal cars or to the jumping castles. Ticket is valid all summer. One ticket is something like 3 euros. If it's nice summer day kids can also play in the water. There is a small stream for them. It's a good idea to take a extra towel and some dry clothes with you. If you prefer swimming, there is a swimming pool "kupittaan maauimala" inside the kupittaa park. It can be crowded, but there is 3 pools, toilets, small rooms to change your clothes. No sauna. Cost for 2 adults and kids (family ticket) is 15 euros. Take a one euro coin for the safety box where you can leave your valuables (phone, keys etc). Have nice time!
