Again really nice and inspiring exhibition in a beatiful atmosphere. Good service and not that crouded.

Unique and lovely forum
Mantyharju is conveniently about halfway between Helsinki and Punkaharju, where we were travelling to for a long weekend. When my wife suggested we take a small detour to visit this location, which felt in the middle of nowhere, I did not expect much! But... I was very surprised to visit this beautiful and very unique art centre. It not only houses a lovely art gallery, hosting a number of finnish talent, but then has additional exhibits in several gorgeous period buildings spread around the campus. Quite a special place!

Finnish art center
This art center is located at Mäntyharju ca 50 km from Mikkeli and only 20+ detour from highway 5. The center presents Finnish Art widely, close 30 artist this summer 2020. I am not an art curator, so others can judge better the art "quality", but Salmela area is already alone very beautiful. If you are at area, I recommend to take a break on driving.
