Short and scenic ski slope - not bad for kids and beginners
The total length of the main slope is just 2.7 km, so it's going to be boring day at ski, unless you're a beginner. The ski-lift is quite well updated, slightly above the average cable-ways that you can find in Romania's ski resorts. There are a few coffee shops, fast-food joints and one restaurant next to the bottom ski-lift station. Parking lot is nearby. Best thing about Kalinderu ski resort is the stunning view over Bucegi Mountain and Caraiman peak. All in all, a decent ski-resort for kids and beginners.

Fun Park in summer
In winter you go for skiing, in the summer they work as a "fun park" where you can go on a bobsleigh (they call it "rollercoaster"), do tubing, jump on a trampoline with harness, try the tirol slide... But be prepared to pay for each one separately. A ride on the bob costs 7 lei/person/ride, tubing 5 lei, trampoline 10 and 15 for the tirol slide, if I remember correctly. The tirol slide was really interesting because it was made up of 5 segments, 2 of which where over a mountain river. You could technically spend hours here if it wasn't for the fees.

Kalinderu sleigh track
I enjoyed 1 week ago an wonderful day on Kalindery sleigh track. In Kalinderu area you can find also ski and snowboard tracks deserved by a nice chairlift. Kalinderu tracks are located below spectacular Caraiman Cross from the Bucegi Mountains hills. Wonderful landscape, good service like parking, restaurants and so on.
