unprofesional approach of staff
They require cash payment, and if I asked for Credit card payment they were very disappointed, probably form reason of gray economy. You are not paying just for ferry transfer, but additional required ittes was terminal payment and on Bulgarien part of border you should be prepared on the repeted payment for terminal. So insted od group discount you will get surcharge for nothing. Betwen this you will have experiences as a from action movies, that ferry staff cant embark the bus on ferry, because unsuitable kinks and ramps and at weightening of bus on Bulgarian side they damage the trailer hitch, in shot top level unprofesionalism on both sides of borders
