Beautiful
Conacul acesta a fost o adevarata surpriza. Nu ne asteptam sa fie atat de frumos si sa ascunda asemena comori in interior: colectiile de arta ale lui Alexandru Bellu, mobila originala, carti valoroase. Ghidul este foare profesionist si pasionat si ne-a introdus in atmosfera epocii, oferindu-ne informatii interesante. Merita cu siguranta drumul de o ora cu masina din Bucuresti. This is a true hidden gem. The building architecture is beautiful and inside you will find a great collection of art, paintings and original furniture. The guide was very professional and introduced us to the history of the mansion and the lifestyle of Alexandru Bellu. It’s just one hour drive from Bucharest and it is totally worth the time.

Really splendid visit
The old house is just stunning and also the inside (you can't take photos) is extraordinary. It takes you back in time to aristrocracy era. The furniture and paintings are exquisite. Be sure to visit this and also the gazebo at the base of the road.

Beautiful museum, rich, well maintained
At Bellu Mansion you will find a heritage of plastic and decorative art, extraordinary authentic folk costumes, tools, nineteenth-century Romanian carpets, photographs, rare books in luxury editions, 19th century paintings, style furniture from various Epoch, oriental art and collectible weapons. It is a surprising museum through the richness of the exhibits and the dedication of the staff.
