Wroclaw's Dwarfs, Southern Poland, Poland

Fun!

It is so much fun to look for the little gnomes! They are very small, but when you find the first ones, you start seeing them everywhere. It is interesting that they started as a protest against fascism. There are specific gnome tours that you can take, but it's fun just to find them while you are seeing other sites as well.

Warm impressions in the cold weather
We were in Wroclaw in very bad weather conditions, it was misty, cold and wet. Brr... But the little Dwarfs, that Polish call Krasnoludki, are made all this no matter. Scattered around the city these small people can find you in different places, and it's really makes you happy like a child when you find another one. I would totaly recommend to visit Wroclaw for at least two days to look after the city's secrets.

Wrocław game: look for all the dwarfs!
Wrocław’s dwarfs are a very nice and cute activity to experience in Wrocław: there’re almost 1000 dwarfs in the city. We stayed only two days so we found only 65 dwarfs, but this challenge was really funny and enjoyable, so it improves our staying in this beautiful city. We’re just a little bit disappointed about its sponsorship: there’s not an explication of the dwarfs meaning around the city and we discovered only at the end of our staying that a specific application was created in order to find the dwarfs, this touristic activity should be better valorised.
