Amazing time at Chamo lake

We had a great experience at Chamo Lake. We had an hour and half long boat ride and went to 'Azo gebya' where we saw big crocodiles. We also saw eagles, many hippos. We had a nice trip. We then went to the beach to eat fresh fish. It was delicious. Mr. Yonas (bajaj driver) took us to these place. He is such a humble and decent person and we recommend him +251949687540.

    Chamo Lake
    Fantastic day! Great to get close to wildlife like this. Not cheap if you are a solo traveller but worth it. Crocs were amazing. Also saw some great birds. My guide was great. Good English, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Hippos and Crocs
    The park was closed while in Arba Minch but we could still go out on the lake. Went midday and still saw hippos, crocs, and eagles. I imagine a morning trip would be great for birders.
