Beersheba Israel
Worth a visit. Tour guide spoke English and gave a excellent talk on the history of the well. Capture of the wells was an important objective in the battle of Beersheba in November 1917. My grandfather was killed in the battle.

A fascinating location from history important to three major religions
We appreciated the historic importance of this site and are glad we stopped. It is a shape that gasoline from nearby service stations has leached into this water and the surrounding soil. We hope something can be done to safeguard this significant historic site as it deserves.
