Kids loved it!
Great choice for kids aged 10-14 to spend some time (one hour/game) being little Sherlock Holmes. We were a group of 5 kids 11 years old and some adults. The kids were excited! The staff was very nice and friendly. We will definitely come back for a 2nd adventure. The only negative aspect is that they don't a place where the parent can drink something while the kids are solving the mystery game, that's why I give them only 4 stars.

Disappointing
I left Galati long time ago and while visiting my parents and I was pleasantly surprised to discover online that there are few escape rooms open in the city. Excited about it, I convinced my mom to go and made an online booking for the next day at 10am with Sherlocks as they had very high rating and good reviews. Today, we were there 15 mins before the booking time and were welcomed by a closed door. Normally you need to arrive a bit earlier to be ready at 10am sharp. On the door, the schedule says Mon-Fri starting 2pm however on their website it's said 10am ... confusing ... Finally we waited till 10am in front of the door, called on the phone twice without anyone picking up. We left very disappointed at 10.15am. I called them at 11am and someone picked up and apologized that they did not receive the booking. Now - if the schedule starts at 10am why isn't it open at 10am latest, booking or no booking? Last but not least, we are all people and mistakes happen - if I were to own the place I would have offered a discount along with my apologies so I actually show that I care. It didn't happen. Plus their site is not done in responsive design and it very hard to check on mobile.
