Excellent local history museum
This is an excellent local history museum. It has exhibits on many aspects of life in the area. The ground floor features archaeology. Upstairs, you can see trades that were practiced and local customs. My grandfather was born in Galati so I found the exhibits very interesting. It was nice to see a photo of the main street at the time my grandfather emigrated.

Nice museum to spend a quiet Sunday
I went there on a Sunday afternoon with my kids and my wife just because we didnt had anything more interesting to do, it's a small nice museum.
